Try it and find out, most industrial motors are delta wind and on paper it looks better.

You can't have it both ways. Their either running in 17.5 and 13.5 which IS cheating and what you originally said or running mod where it doesn't matter

As far as I know there is no such thing as a 13.5T delta wind anyway. Only 13T. So wouldnt be legal.
