Alrightee folks, I have all the hardware / software / internet connectivity components needed to run live scoring dialed (I think ) ...so this Friday's practice will *hopefully* be running live, I won't be around for racing on Saturday so no live feed for that. To access live scoring go to http://www.2006RoarNats.com , click on the "Live Scoring" link below the paved nationals portion of the header, and follow the links from there.

I will have RP36's mounted on the rim that will be used for the Nationals with me for sell tomorrow at the track, these are from the same shipment of tires to be used for the Nationals, price is $32.00 per set cash only. In order to buy these you MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR THE NATIONALS and there is a maximum of 3 per rubber tire signup available TOTAL before the Nationals (there may be additional practice sets available as time goes on). These do not count against your marked handout tires, and have nothing to do with the marked handout tires you may have already prepurchased or will be purchasing.

Sorry about the pic, all I had was my camera phone that day, but here is what the shelf looks like we have built (read between the lines - Scotty Barnes & Roger Anderson ...I just "got in the way" ) for the Nats, since everyone is limited to a 3 foot space, we built shelving to give you some more usable space. This is for the permanent pit benches (96 spots). The rental tables we will be getting obviously won't have the shelving.

Can I bring my own table? Or has this been asked?

Club racing this weekend at SWR was a little more interesting with some guests in town to practice for the Nats; best mod class we have had in awhile.
Team Losi with Todd Hodge, Matt Francis and Randy Caster were tuning their still in development rear motor JRXS. The cars they were running yesterday had some hand made axles and what looked to be new diffs. The car looked really good on the track and according to Todd, it's almost ready for production. Since there are so many new components, it will be a whole new car, not a conversion kit.
Steve Weiss and Paul Lemieux were also here to do some testing. Steve had a fresh looking Hara Edition Cyclone and Paul had his Xray T2 with a new style 1.8mm top deck and chassis.

Speedworld rocks!!
Traction was awesome even when track temps got near 140 degrees. The RP36's were really good with very consistent traction from run to run.
Can't wait until the Nats....should be a good one!

The batch of RP36's for the nats, on the new rim, seem to work and wear better than the old ones ...may just be my imaginaiton, but I have had some others that purchased practice sets tell me the same as well.
