Default VFS-1, Masami, Rayspeed, Hara Twister

Could anyone explain what is the difference between VFS-1, Masami, Rayspeed and Hara Twister ESC? Is it the same ESC with different software?

I must choose between Masami version or Hara version or Novak GTX. Hara Twister is too expensive. Which one should i buy? Is it only one ESC Masami or there are few like Twister and Twister 2? Is Masami Hirosaka uses Masami ESC?

VFS-1 Pro, Masami, Rayspeed, and Twister 2 are all the same speed controller, but with different initail settings. The original Twister is the same as the older VFS-2000.

VFS-1 Pro, Masami, Rayspeed, and Twister 2 are all very good (being the same) and with the hand held unti or the PC interface you can create untold number of profiles if you like. Very nice feature especially if the price is the same or even close. The GTX is also a very good esc just not as programable.

If your going to race stock stay away from the Masami version... The Rayspeed would be a bit better.... if you are going to buy the KO... . .

Default Novak GTX

I would go the GTX, its is an easy to program esc and has a heap of power.

My mate has the Hara Twister 2 and it hammers to, but the Vfs-1Pro is heaps hard to setup properly, and im pretty sure you need a ko radio if you want it to work,

At the end of the day its up to you.

Donīt know if the Hara settings from the KO website are the same as the ones programmed into the Twister 2. I think only someone having a Twister will know this as Hara will use different settings. But if you use that Hara setting from the website in all of that ESCīs they will work all the same. Beside that label on the case the only difference are the factory settings and price.

Ya i think he is right. I also know that the twister 2 has the old setting and the twister 2.1 has his new setting. also the 2.1 has a carbon case.
