Yes, the idea of a limiter will make a class that allows those racing to not have to worry whether they have the fastest motor or even have a battery that holds voltage better than others. If you use a fixed FDR with the limiter, everyone has the same power, it will be all set-up and driving skill. Our club has a class that is close to this with only one motor brand being used and all the cars end up very close in speed. This class consistently has the best races with as many as 5-6 cars battling it out for first place right to the end. The racers leave the drivers stand with the biggest grins even if they didn't win and the rest of the racers around the track enjoy watching these races as well.

These will make it even closer. Its a win win for racing as more will want to get in on the fun.

I race mod only and I plan to race in this class as well. What a great way to sharpen focus/concentration skills even at reduced speeds from what I am used to in mod.

Please let me know when they will available and how much they will cost so I can look into using these for our club.
