Default Found some Lead Acid Batteries

Anybody know if these are any good to use? (see pic)
They say 12V . 3Ah
Does that mean they are no good to run a charger?
I found them at work inside an old Fire Alarm Panel.

3Ah is next to no capacity (less than a pack of GP's)

Although it would run your charger, it wouldn't hold enough jiuce to charge any packs fully!

actually, if the battery said 3 mah that would be close to no capacity, but if it says amps (ah) then thats actualy like 3000 mah. (or something like that)
12 volts would be killer in an rc, when compared to the 7.2 and 8.4 volts of 6 and 7 cell packs used commonly. its just so big though. unless you have a 1/4 scale electric car or something...
