Default Integy Zero 030 Discharger Help

Hi I have question about this discharger. I was wondering the aligator clip come with the discharger what power should I connect to it said 12VDC where can I get that? Cause I have Novak N Power supply is that enough power?

I hope I made a good decision on buying this discharger.

Thanks

I can't imagine you made a mistake buying it unless you payed more than 65$ US or it doesn't work. I have a cheapy computer ps (13 amp at best) and I run my ICE charger at 6 amps along with my ZERO30 and have no problems. You should be just fine. Plug the alie's on the corresponding pos and neg terminal of your ps.

GOD yes, way more than enough. The cooling fans are the only thing that runs off of the power supply. If you do not hook it up to a powersupply, the fans shut off when the power of the battery is drained to the point where the bulbs on the tray go out.

at 7.2 volts, on my pulsar 2, the fans barley draw .3 amps, so you're more than covered

the cells get drained anyways... the discharger brings the cells to "0" volts.
the fan is only there to cool the resisters and cells.

Hey guys, I just got this discharger. I hook up the fan and noticed that its blowing air outwards. Is this correct? Isn't it supposed to be blowing air into the discharger to cool it? Can someone clarify this for me. I don't want to melt my brand new discharger. Thanks.

The reason why its blowing air outwards is to draw or to blow to heat out from the unit.

It perfectly ok.

Thanks for the fast response.
So is it safe to discharge a fully charged 3300 pack?

It will get very hot from full charge, but you can rest it mid discharge.restart the discharge when it cools a bit.

Although I monitor the temps on mine, they seem to peak around 110-115 degrees
