on carpet i am using the vertical topdeck with aluminium chassis, it makes the car a little
bit more reactive and gives more midcorner without reducing onpower traction,
perfect for tight carpet tracks.

For more open tracks like ETS-Style i prefer the standart topdeck cause it makes the car a
little more easy to drive on highspeed corners.

I dont use the carbon chassis on carpet.
Maybe that helps

Thanks for your quick reply!
I just ordered my Lab TE03 evo with vertical top deck and alloy chassis.
Do you have Some basic setups for high grip ets carpet and medium asphalt? There are not that much setups on petitrc.

Greetings
hey champ i noiced you are using the REDS esc and Motor how do you find them?
at the moment im using reds esc and testing the new Tesla 5.5.
I have gone to the SMJ progressives springs seem to suite the track i run at.
New top deck is a good improvement for the cap, you can still adjust the flex front or rear to suite.
