Best steering servo for TC
I have an FK05 with a Hi-Tech 645 in it. The servo works fine I just think that it is a little slow while in the S turns when swithching directions. I have all ready exhaust the options with my M8 as far as the Dual rate and Expo adjustments. What servo's do you guys use or most of the top level pro's?

I've tried servo's with speeds of .22, .16, .12 and my current Hi-Tec HS-5925MG's [email protected] and I've been able to tell the difference in response. Its been a few months since I surveyed the latest servo's. But back then I was hard pressed to find any servo's that were worth the price of upgrading from what I have already.
I'm sure there are comparable servo's from other brands. This was the best I could find available locally last fall though. Other than its propensity to be noisy and distract corner workers, its worked great for me.
If anyone knows of a servo that is just as fast, has at least 128oz@6V torque, is the same size or smaller than 1.6"x 0.8"x1.5" and weighs no more than 50g/1.76oz then please let me know.

I like the newer KO's and Airtronics ones.
The 2343or the 2363 which is the 2343 with a heat sink.
or the 94357 or the 94360 which is the 57 with a heatsink are both the best I have ever used, they have durability and ultra smooth running.
I have a Futaba 9550 which is also great for a little less money and you get the nicity of it being a low profile servo, my only problem was the first plastic gear would break if you were not carefull.
Now for the other servos mentioned I would say look at the results of the last few on road championship races...I.E. IIC or RROC or Snowbirds. Look at what the pro's use. They almost always run the KO or Airtronics. Very few run anything else mostly do to reliability. I have seen a few Futaba and JR but the majority run the big two.
