Default Tire warmers, who's who and who's worth the money?

The search results were not helpful.

Need some guidance as to brand and quality of tire warmers. Please list your top 3 brands and a brief comment as to WHY you like it.

Thanks in advance,

Check out the warmers that EAM sells. Don"t have them but they look pretty decent for a decent price. http://www.teameamotorsports.com/

Not sure about the muchmore brand but the skyrc, geforce, and GT power are all the same software, you can even interchange the actual warmers.

I only use it when our indoor track is super cold in the winter since we don't have a heated building. In most case I only set it to the surface temperature of the track a few minutes before each run. That's my way of using it and i'm sure each person has their own method. I've tried setting it hot but you can easily overheat your tires during a race.

For the digital ones with displays.

GeForce and Hobbyking appear the same.

SkyRC also appear to be very similar (different buttons).

Muchmore and GTPower appear the same - the latter uses blankets not cups.

Then there is the 3080 muchmore style - hobbyking make a clone as does core rc. Hobbyking has blankets not cups.

As said, Cups/blankets interchange between all of them.

I've got muchmore ones cause I'm a brand snob. They don't appear to work any better than anyone else's at my track (all the types above are represented!)

I have the skyrc and use it to help breaking new VTA and USGT tires.

Default muchmore

muchmore and GT are not the same except simliar to look at. (i have both)
muchmore box is considerably heavier and better quality.
cups are interchangeable between the two though but by the time you buy the MM cups the cost difference is neglible.

I don't doubt that at all - hence I said "appear"

You also notice little things like the quality of alligator clips (thicker rubber, better soldering of wires) are better on muchmore stuff - not just the tyre warmers - as a rule.

I really like my GT Power warmers, they work great! I'm thinking of modding it to hold a lipo battery inside and mount a power switch. There's so much space inside! Lol!

I'm sure they can take a lipo - the muchmore ones are designed and geared up to take one out the box.

I have the skyrc ones. Work as good as my old Muchmore ones. Nice feature on the Muchmore is having an internal optional LIPO so you can heat your Tyres all the way to the line.
