servos / low profile
whats a decent servo low profile for around the £50 mark for my T4-15

I do always go for the same brand as my transmitter, I feel they talk a litle bit better together. But a cheep option is savox 1251/1252, works very well.

I run a Savox 1252, very quick, and enough torque, in my opinion.

Savox is the best you will get with the budget you have

I have been using Turnigy 1250TG. Very fast and much quieter than the savox 1252 I have. In my opinion it is better than savox and for better price:

+1 for the savox 1251/1252 servos. Good value for money and reliable. I'm not a fan of the Turnigy kit personally as I've seen them to be poor quality and develop alot of slop in the gear train after a short period of use. The savox holds up better.

I would save money elsewhere (tools, lipos, chargers, bling stuff etc.) than on radio and servo.
Your radio and servo are your link and feel with your car.
Buying a top TC and installing a discount servo in it just doesn't add up in my view.
Sorry!

Yeah, I was wondering, why would you throw away all that engineering you paid for by buying a T4/15 by just skimping on the servo. I mean a 9551 (or current versions) is not that much more than 50 pounds if you get it on the internet and a heck of a lot better than the rest of the budget servos. In all likelihood the servo will stay with you for many years after the chassis is obsolete, so it's a long term investment, worth doing it right the first time.
