Tamiya VDF (Rear Gear Diff Conversion)
 

Hi there, I have converted my Tamiya VDF drift car to touring. Handles well, but I am now thinking of converting the rear ball differential to gear differential. Can anyone pls point me to the diff set that I can use for this conversion. I know Tamiya has a direct conversion for this, but not too sure which is the one. Any help will be great!

It should be easy. Tamiya have a gear diff for the TA05 which will be a direct fit as they share the same bulkheads.

This is something that really interests me. Would love to see how this goes.
the balance of drift cars is phenomenal with the centered motors. Would be great if you can show some pics and videos.

how dos it compare to touring chassis? i may try this myself.
