+1 Walter's is highly recommended.

With your speedy, it all comes down to how much you're willing to spend. Personally I dislike the Speed Passion stuff as I have had bad experiences with motors and their ESC's.

Justock is a great option for starting out, and is very popular for starters and even veterans running stock classes/f1, etc.

LRP/ORCA/ORION/MUCHMORE/HOBBYWING/TEKIN top of the range ESC's will all be very competitive. Most of the time it comes down to your driving style which dictates if an ESC is better for you.

If you are just starting off, I would recommend getting a JUSTOCK. If you enjoy it and can drive without hitting walls or other racers, you can go up to a 13.5 motor and check if you're ready for it or not. If you are comfortable in 13.5, then I think it will be a good idea to invest in higher end ESC's
