Why? The Sport2 is a great car. Probaly the most durable you can get. Yet competitive.

There's no such kit. I wont recommend it. It will cost a lot of money, and the Sport2 + hop-ops will be much more expensive than the Pro2 was, when it was availible.

I've got a Sport2 for more than a year. Almost no hop-ops. And I'm beating most of the guys at the club - even Pro3's!

It's more the driver than the car. 80% driver, 20% car.

Default For drag racing?

I don't think you get more tips, than already stated in earlier posts.

For touring, it's about the right tires, springs and shock oil. And saddle packs.

well, the sport2 is a great car out of the box but if you really want hop-ups, i can think of the following as a good start:
ball diffs, front universals or CVDs, motor heatsink, saddle pack holder (but you do have to convert your packs to saddle)
for tuning your car, assorted springs and swaybars, as well as different shock oil, can help
