Yokomo YR4 Pro & MR4 TC Worlds
Hi all, new to this forum and Yokomo cars too
At the moment i have a yr4 m2 pro which will be handed to my girlfriend later. we are both new to racing though i have owned R/C cars before, just never raced them.
we race on an indoor carpet track covering 90m by 30m. its set up with a long straight then 4 right turns, a hairpin to the left, another long straight then a left hairpin then 4 right turns back onto the first straight. all the right hand turns are through 90 degress with a shortish straight between them approx 4 or 5 m
the car is set up with Kyosho dual rate springs front and rear (blue rear, yellow front)
81 spur and 19 pinion with a team orion orbital mach mod2 21*3 motor. with 3000 nimh bateries.,and 5mm ride height. Also running it on Schumacher multi pin tyres
the girlfriend has just got me a mr4 tc worlds edition, would i be wise to duplicate this set up on the mr4, go for something else or use the setup you get when you first build the worlds car also is there anything i should change in the set up?
Oh yes almost forget.. what weight is the shock oil that comes with the worlds kit?
sorry for the long question, your hep much appreciated
