Default 13.5T Open Stock Motor / Blinky mode

Hi
We are having soon a TC Indoor Challenge during the winter period. There are no rules for chosing a 13.5T Motor. Just blinky modus on ESC, but for the motors there are no restrictions, just being a 13.5T.
In this case, which motor would bring the best performance?
It is a carpet track with a technical layout. Traction is medium to high.

With no motor restriction, Fantom 3.5 with 12.5 ht rotor, if you can find one?

He says it has to be a 13.5 so 3.5 is out.

Do they have any restrictions on rotor size? The Japanese seem to be loving big rotors so something you can get a 13 or even 14mm rotor for would probably be the ticket.

No, there are no restrictions on rotor size too.
I found the Thunder Power Z3R, Tekin Redline Gen2 and Hacker Skalar Motor.
Any advise or suggestions? Also confusing are the specs of kV. Some do have 3050, other 3300. Are these specifications important or just the rotor diameter?
Others are saying Corally would be the strongest one in this class..

I forgot about the Corally motor because I believe it is illegal here in the states for some reason but I hear they are screamers.

Since you can use outlaw motors, maybe something like a Novak Vulcan outlaw with a 13mm rotor or a Trinity D3.5.

Thank you Wingracer
The Vulcan from Novak should be available. Corally, I don't know exactly which one, but they should be hard to find.

Have you ever seen or heared about Hacker Motors? They do have as standard a 12.5mm diameter rotor.
