Default gluing touring car tires to prevent traction roll

When you glue touring car tires to prevent traction roll, what's your application method to get a nice even bead around the tire? Q-tip?

I'm surprised no tire company has invented stick on CA adhesive rings for tire sidewalls. Stick the rings on and wait 15 minutes, boom, your done! Nice, clean CA ring around the tire side wall. Same with rims, incorporate CA adhesive strip along the contact edge of the rim. Pop on your tire wait 15-20 minutes! Boom, you're done.

Soak end of Q-tip with CA. With car on stand use a nut driver to spin wheel. I can get a very uniform, thin even bead on the sidewall. Dries very quick if it isnt globbed on.

I might be slightly biased but Pro-Line glue with their yellow glue tips work awesome for this. Used them all week long at IIC.

Proline glue is awesome... Can't go wrong! I also use it to fix the carpet tears at our track.
