Yep, the Radtec Dcj now come assembled left and right.

As the DCJ come pre-assembled, you have to disassemble one of them to mount the spiral clip CW instead of CCW (or CCW instead of CW, I can't remember) so you have no risk of incident once in the knuckes. The spiral clip must totate in the same direction as the wheel... You see what I mean?

Maybe that's not very important with new DCJ, but once you have them disassembled and re-assembled multiple times, the spiral clip will be a little bit loser and you take a risk... I had to give up some qualification runs because of that...

Guys, setup sheets droop measures... the typical 5mm front, where is it measured? Under the lowest section of the front arm, or at the c-hub hinge bottom edge? somewhere else?

thanks!

I thought i saw this question & answers a few pages back, it is measured to the centre of the pin that holds the c hub in place ( front arms ) i think thats how it was said to measure it, i personally dont use this method.
someone will correct me if this is not right

hope this helps

ok... seems to me like there is no standard droop measurement method then, as usual

The middle of the pin one seems unlikely to me for most setup sheets I've seen... 6 on the droop gauge to the center of the pin gives you offroad-like droop

Fredp, why measure at the rear of the front arm rather than the front of the front arm?

Thanks folks
Paul

Truth be told, it doesn't matter as it is the same. I just always measure with the front of the car pointing away from me so I always measure the rear of the front arm.
Just don't measure under the c hub as it has a slop from front to back.

Anyone know where I can get the body post set? It's sold out everywhere. Or what is a suitable replacement? The X-ray looks close.

Thanks.

I used a complete bumper assembly with posts off of a tamiya 417. It's a direct bolt on.
