how long to wait b4 using battery?
 

hi, people say do not use batteries more than three times in a single day,

so after i used it for the third time, how long do i need to wait so that i can use it again, the next day? wait two days?

is there a limit as to how many times i should use them in a week, coz some weeks i race up to 3 times a week

I never use my packs more than twice in one day, then wait at least 24 hrs to use them again.

PS. I wait 30 minutes before swimming after eating, unless it is a big meal and then I wait a full hour :)

You can rest your batt for 1 hour (until the batt temp cool down) after the first run and then charge it again for the 2nd time. You will lose some runtime (10-20s) on your 2nd run and so on the 3rd run. I reccomend you to charge no more then 2 times a day. Don't forget to equalize your batt after each run.

I believe it is better to equalize before charging. Here is my routine...

1. Equalize battery packs in Novak Smart Tray.
2. Charge at 6amps on my Turbo 35. Peak right before race begins, repeak if necessary.
3. Race.
4. Discharge on my Trinity Dyna Pulse at 30amps while pack is being cooled by a fan.

Try not to cycle them more than twice a day...

What I would do is,I'll tray them before charging,usually step charge(if using linear charge would be 6amps for race and 5amps for practice)After the run I'll plug it onto my spintec batman :batman: ,after done with the batman,then I'll tray it again before the process starts over again.

If I would call it a day,I'll tray the cells and then charge about 10 mins of charge into them before I store them.
