Upgrade is in preparation. New front and rear arm design to put some exantrics inside to do "like" X-ray. And new exantrics to tight the belts.

I'm ever so glad to hear that HPI has new/improved parts for the PRO5. HOWEVER, I'D BE MUCH MORE EXCITED ABOUT RECEIVING THE OLD PRO 5 PARTS I'VE HAD ON BACK ORDER FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS AND MONTHS. I MIGHT EVEN BE TEMPTED TO BUY A PRO 5 IF INSTEAD OF ANNOUNCING IMPROVED PRO5 PARTS, HPI HAD ANNOUNCED IMPROVED PRO 5 PARTS SUPPORT - THESE NEW PARTS WILL JUST BE ANOTHER SET OF PRO 5 PARTS WE CANNOT GET UNLESS WE ODER OVERSEAS AND PAY OUTRAGOUS SHIPPING CHARGES!!!!

I'm ever so glad I stayed with my TCXX cars. The only PRO 5 I've seen on a track looked awesome, but at least I have spares for my TCXXs to replace things when they break (but unlike the PRO5, they seldom do).

Default Bend but don't break

I finally broke a C hub on my TCXX first in years because I had a graphite C hub on this one instead of the aluminum hubs I usually run (they were bent). I did find one and only one TCXX C hub (looks like you PRO 5 guys have bough out the country on C hubs that fit the PRO 5). Tower still has my Pro 5 soft C hub on back order now expected in late April.

I looked around and found some aluminum C hubs by Yeah racing. The one for the RS4 Sport3 look like the exact same C hubs I/ve been running in my TC and TCXXs. Only mod that will be required is to drill a hole for a set screw in the bottom. These also have a bearing the top and bottom instead of just the pivot bushing. I'll let you know how the mod goes. PN RSS3-003OR Only draw back is that they are orange. Yeah also makes these aluminum bearing C hubs for various Tamiya cars.. I just didn't know which ones would fit the HPI/HP cars.
