Also I was looking at the PRO5 parts list on WHEELSPIN. They show the Big Bore Shocks but refer to them as the "regular length". Are the PRO 5 shocks the same shock length as the TCXX upgrade kit came with the short Big Bore shocks?

The shocks are ~63mm long. Not short shocks

Yeah you will love this car, especially on low to med bite tracks. Its planted with lots of low, mid and high speed steering. Box setup is near perfect for those tracks. Only time had issue was on high bite, car is so stuck that making changes to free it up, just some rear toe changes and comes alive there as well.

Just remember that rear toe is slightly off. So 3.0 block is about 3.3-3.4 toe. Using the 2.5 block gets it to about 2.9ish. Don't quote me on the exact but this was from Hiro. I always run the 2.5 block in the rear now.

Please tell me your joking about a 2016. I hoped HB would not go down the route like everybody else with a new version each year.

Pro5 Infantry Tip:
if you like your shocks to be buttery smooth use the new yellow O-rings #114673
These o-rings make the shocks very smooth and don't swell as much as the standard kit o-rings and don't need to be replaced as often.

Wallace-Tower has them listed as late December for the new C hubs. Are people still having issues with the stock C hubs? I'm still using the same ones from the kit and no issues still. For other option parts, i see tower has most listed as on order or late Dec. I'm waiting for the split .5 blocks. Ordered others from Europe but waiting for those.

The TCXX hubs are also worth a try. You need a shim to take the play out at the outer hinge pin but they seem to make the car smoother
