You guys are funny if HB would've stayed purple someone would be complaining about that. Easy solution if you already have HB car. Just keep the shims and shock parts and your done mostly black with a little purple bling.

Also have you seen the new HB Orange it's actually very nice. Check out someone's D413 buggy if you haven't. It's much better in person than pics.

Thx
Carlos

Hmmm.... From the always mega-awesome Kentech blog.

I got to see the HB Pro 5 production car, which seemed good as expected, if a little boring. Maybe we'll see a former TRF driver running this chassis soon...

Jilles? I'd be shocked. Then again, I'm just as shocked Naoto left Yokomo!

Yeah.... "ground breaking"... There is literally nothing new on this car that is not already available in another car out there. Even the Durango touring car, although older by 1 year and much cheaper, appears to have better features; not even mentioning the new Xray T4'15.

When asked about the Pro5's best features, a pro driver said, "I think the one feature that makes the car unique is our infinite selections of camber links".... REALLY!?@! Camber links is the Pro5's best feature!!!

Sorry, not being a "hater", but I'm just disappointed in what I see as really poor execution and I always thought myself to be a historical HPI/HB fan. I really wanted it to be better for HPI/HB... and I wanted the purple! About the only thing to redeem them now would be for Jilles Groskamp to drive for them and start being really competitive in international events to get HPI/HB back some respect.

+1 Clutch. The write-up is typical HPI. If I did t know any better I would think it it could be an improved Sprint 2 Drift car. It has all the typical marketing junk to grab a new racer vs an experienced one. I am impressed with the infinite camber link though, I haven't seen it elsewere and it looks cool. And I'm sure it will be a more than capable car on the track. I do look forward to someone else bringing one to the track so I can see it in person just out of curiosity.

Hope it does well for them.

If the biggest new feature was parts that were readily available, I would be more impressed.
