Hello everyone,

My name is Steve Wang, owner of ST Racing Concepts (some of you that's been around here awhile, might remember me from old Speed Tech R/C days). We are looking to launch a line of titanium screw kits for the on-road racing segment and I'm looking for opinions and request of vehicles that you guys like to see ti-screw kits offered.

Please post your request here, and who knows, we might just offer some discount to guys here on RC tech that's willing to try them out.

You don't need a manual for everything. Yokomo sell their own Ti screw kits, so you could just buy one and check the contents. Other third parties offer Ti screw kits for nearly everything, so you could buy one of each and see what's needed. Don't know about their reliability, but nothing more annoying than finding a kit is short one screw. I started by mentioning Yokomo kits because they are some of the best, and have the better quality (grade) Titanium. Most of the others are just crap Ti quality and often strip or have crooked threads (they probably use die stamped screws which are of course hopeless).

What grade Ti are you going to use? Machine or die stamp screws?

One last point, sometimes even OEM kits have screws shorter than I would like to use. Case in point, the BD7 kit has 4mm (thread length) countersunk for bulkheads, which I think is on the limit of length. I would be more comfortable with 6mm of thread. I know this saves them money but that is not my priority.
