I've been following Lee's rubber tyre rim as it's been developed. I have both models of the ORE, so I know he's put a good effort behind it. I hope they test well.

Yes, those rims are for M-chassis rubber on 12th scale standard rear 3 bolt hubs and front axles.

I'm considering upgrading my front suspension to the one from the Atom with the independent front suspension. What parts are needed ? Would the independent wishbone conversion U3984 be a better option ?

You need the Atom king pins an front springs. You might want to invest in the alloy steering knuckles.
