Spot on about the bearings, one wouldn't seat square and was binding on the rotor, stopping it from floating. They gave me a new end plate/bearing and it's all fine, test it out tomorrow. Thanks for your help.

I am curious, what size of rotor comes with the motor? Is it a 12.3 or a 12.5? Thanks in advance!

I should have added, I looked at the website and it says 12.3 but there is a disagreement elsewhere so I would like your confirmation.

Actinium = 12.5mm rotor.

I have asked repeatedly to have that fixed. The webmaster tells me he fixes it then it pops back in again.
