Default Tc5 or hot bodies cyclone s and cs

I can get these chassis at a reasonable price. Whicjbshould I choose. I want a chassis for speed.

I would choose neither. 90 bux will get you a brand new touring car that is of this generation.

Of the 2, the tc5 will have better parts support.

I'm not familiar with the HB stuff, but with the Associated cars my only concern would be the fit of the parts. If you want something fast in general, sure.. fine. If you're looking for super high speed runs, there's going to be a lot of fiddling with the Associated car to keep the parts from getting/staying sloppy. They run fine, but there's a lot of wiggle here and there all over the car.

nice thing about associated is the parts are going to stay available for a loooong time.. you should look for an ntc3 and convert it to brushless. those parts are EVERYWHERE and tougher than most electric cars are going to be.
I converted one to electric rally car and i beat the SNOT out of that thing. just no remorse lol.

of your choices, tc5, if only because you can use a lot of parts from the tc6 on it if supply of tc5 parts fails.

And there it is.... 90-130 bux will easily get you in the game now, all up to date engineering.
