I hear people say it stateside, and mean it. Seriously.

Sorry I didn't catch the humor. Been pretty intense around here lately.

No dramas. I considered it was a statement so far fetched it could only be considered tounge in cheek

Some people will believe anything though.

Done! And she's very light. More so than my 418. I'm at 1340 with a LRP Flow, Powers Actinium 17.5, Airtronics V2 servo, small transponder, 472 receiver, Powers X-cap, lite-weight LTC-R, and all aluminum hardware.

Swapping from Sorex to Jacos will kick it up another 20ish grams.

And yeah, I'm addicted to the old servo mount...

Your rear screw at the bulk is loose

Got my built by Marc`s setup sheet for carpet. Still have to build the new Dampers and the new front Body Mounts.

Doh! You're not the first person to tell me I have "a screw loose"!

Thanks!

Manual online now at Tamiya USA.
Tamiya Japan product page up with nice new pictures.
Posted parts listing and setup sheet last night ( http://kentech.blogs.se ), and editable sheet is now available at PetitRC.

Just a roundup of some 419 news...

Quite a few interesting details on the 419 too, but more of that later

Are the steering posts like the 418 or the evo?

Hoping the latter so you can get a spanner onto them....!

Assume also from your description the shocks are same length etc, so springs, bases, retainers from the old still fit - just a new cylinder to cope with the new seal and the increased internal volume.

Heard the walls are thinner on the 419 dampers so they are larger bore, with matching larger bore piston to boot.

I was told that the diameter of the new shock pistons are 1mm bigger.
