Hi, I have a Yr4M2 with small red shocks. I'd like to race the car with TC3, Evo 4, etc. What 48/64 pitch spur and pinion are recommended for 27T motor? It is quite difficult to find the springs for the tiny red shocks. What other brand of shocks will fit the YR4M2 so that I can use different springs?

Does the newer Yokomo SD diff, belts work with the YR4M2?

Hi, I still have YR4SP with red shocks too.



This car could race competitively with current car model, don't worry, you will not at the back as long as the car is completely stable.

Do you know that YR4 cars are lighter than mr4tc sd ?

Shock upgrade ? I'll pick Tamiya TRF.

Does Tamiya TRF shocks fit the yr4M2? What spur and pinion do u use? What pitch?

Will it fit ? off course, with imagination, creativity and extra spare parts from tamiya and yokomo together.

Use 28 pinion for 27T motor ( assuming you still have original spur gear and pinion from the box. They are 48 pitch, and the spur gear is 78 tooth )


Use 24 pinion for 23T motor.

Hi,

I thought I would drop a line to let people know I have parts. I also have a few cars/ parts enough for an entire car. I have SP chassis with the single sided battery config., I have center bulkheads, I have shocks, I have universals, I have turnbuckle kits, shock towers, and so on. M2, M2USA, MTeam. Hence my name.

I've moved on to Kyosho and Xray so I don't have the time anymore. However, I don't want my stockpile of parts and cars to go to waste if it can help somone else in need of this stuff.
