At our track in Camarillo we get between 6 & 13 guys at our club races our rules are 1s 10.5 boosted speedo. It is plenty fast mid size outdoor track. Just a touch slower than open mod touring. I think with European 1/8 scale track 2s would be ok.

Thanks. As I was doing some searching I found out how big the event was. Considering how the Pro10 discussion has gone so far, it may be hard to get a decent amount of entries for the class lol. Then again maybe I'm wrong. All I know is the Roadkill 10's need to show up so we can start running Pro10 locally!

What is your typical set-up for Camarillo? i.e. Tires, springs, side tubes and etc. When is the next race? Thanks.

Yup everyone has different rules for Pro10 lol. It will be quite hard to get anyone to show up for Pro10 from multiple states for a national event considering everybody runs different rules. I guess that this is to be expected with a class that is so small and hardly on the radar. For my race buddy's and myself, we will run the dutch stock Pro10 rules noting a 10.5T limit not spec, 2S lipos, and only 235mm as we discussed. In Wisconsin we already run LM1(200mm pan car) with 21.5T 2S indoors and 17.5T 2S outdoors. With that said I keep hearing guys are wanting to run mod LM1. So... in steps Pro10 to save the day. Enough of my thoughts for now lol. We should really take any further Pro 10 discussion here http://www.rctech.net/forum/electric...iscussion.html as to not clog up the Roadkill 10 thread with worries about the class it fits into.
How bout that Roadkill 10? No shipping notification yet... Good things come to those who wait, right? This one should be good!

It sounds like Bruce closed the preorder when all 10 kits had been ordered, if you ordered before 7/21 you can be sure that your on the "top ten"...

Hi Guys,
I hope everyone had a nice weekend.
I was in Boston for a wedding, and I was surprised to come home Sunday night and still see a couple of RoadKill 10's available when I got home.
Those went this afternoon, and the RoadKill 10 allotment of ten cars is now.......Sold Out.
Sorry there were only ten. Not to worry, a new batch of molds should not be too far away.
To those of you that bought a kit....Congratulations! You are the proud owner of a really cool, state of the art, 235mm land missile.
Give me 2 weeks...possibly less, and they will be out the door.
Thank you for the support.
Take care.-Bruce

Yep, if it took your order, you were one of the 10. If you were number 11, you'd get an out of stock notification. It's pretty cool that they can put inventory control right on the e-commerce web pages.

John, have you considered picking up a cheap used car to play with until the RoadKill arrives? It might also make sense to use the cheapie as a practice car with that fire-breathing motor-- when you put it through the drywall at the end of the straight, there will be less regret than if it were the RoadKill, especially considering that the RoadKill will very likely end up as a collectors item in a few years.
