Hello all

Can you help me ? New to 1/10 touring cars and bought myself a Schumacher MI1 and i have fitted a Xerun 10.5T motor ?

Can you reccomend a pinion size ? the spur gear is 86t ?

Also are schumacher 48 or 64 dp ??

It should be 48 pitch.

What pinion size you should use depends on a couple of factors:

Are you racing or having fun on a car park? If racing, what track?
Are you running the speed controller in standard mode (blinky) or is it 'boosted'?

I don't race 10.5 but I'm sure someone can give you a suitable suggestion if you answer those questions.

i would like to race, but not for competition?

I have just stripped the spur gear and cant understand why ? The mesh is good ?

I wonder if it was a stone ?
