for carpet I don't think there's a foam softer than the black outter compound. If there is please excuse my lack of knowledge. GQ offers softer inner compounds but all of the tire's that I have been sent the outter compound only get stiffer.

I usually match the tire heights front and rear 58mm / 58mm

I have heard Jack the Gripper works pretty well, but still not as good as Paragon....

Tryed them last nite , blk/gray - black - used NIFTECH COMPOUND it worked GREAT, did'nt even have to wipe them off . after 10 mins. or so .
I need to order the next softer one's down from black (rear's) !
But that comb. work great I picked up a whole lap , but still a little to loose
for me !
Started them at 57.5 only ran them once but nothing was on the under body did'nt have to clean it !

Thank's guy's

KAHUNA,

I would recommend you maybe making some changes to your setup to rid yourself of the looseness instead of going softer on the rear....Too soft a tire you run the chance of overheating the tires and glazing them over and then you will really feel loose

Where are you loose, corner entry, middle or exit??

The GQ Tires have a very tight fitting wheel, I just used my reamer to slightly bevel the edge so they slide on easier. As far as tire size to start, try 50mm.

Yeah I had to do the same thing with the front tire and rear tires, working the hole out some with a reamer....

Go ahead and rub it in, took me over 2 hours to drive 15 miles today since 10 idiots decided to get into an accident on the Walt Whitman bridge in an ice / snow storm....even delayed the start of the Flyers game since the players all live in South Jersey.....

Take care and happy holidays to all and to all a good finish!

GQ has been talking of making soome rubber tires in the future. Right now they have some awesome orange rims (look just like the foam rim), but they aren't yet being imported to the US. Keep checking back for updates. Ray
