Yep. Just as Mr. Tag said these have the 12.3 purple broad band rotor. They said the 12.5 Maxzilla version was probably a few months away.

but you can just throw in a Killshot/D3.5 blue rotor right?

Yes, Duo and Kill Shot rotors will fit. They are designed to use the same style rotors.

Also, The after market REV1630 Aluminum Timing Ring Clamp rings from the Kill Shots also fit.

You gonna test one out Sunday? I'm still not sure if I'm gonna make it out there or not. I'd like to though. Anyways, I guess I'll pull the ring out of my KillShot and toss it in my D4 when it arrives. Thanks.

Cyrul also makes a plastic one that is only .2 grams listed on shapeways

I have bought 10 trinity motors and I can say 2 were good and 8 sucked I hope the d4 motor is not a flop like the pulse, dou 2, revtec or the killshot. The duo 1 17.5 is the second best motor I have ever owned while the d 3.5 was the best.

You can always try Novak motors...... You'll need to gear them very high though... I can' t wait to race these d4 motors with my ballistic !!!

Just curious what you didn't like about the Revtech and the Killshot?
