Default Question about the GM SX-9 ESC.

Hi all,
I have an opportunity to pick up one of these speedies. It isn't going to cost much as I will be swapping a GSM phone that I have no use for.

I have read numerous things on the web. Can't seem to find out whether they have a motor limit, I have heard 8T limit but people have run them with a 7x2 with no probs. I have also heard they are really hard to setup and fail for 5 seconds sometimes half way through a race or Batt pack.
Can anyone that has had one or has one please give me some info Good or Bad.

Thanks

i've v12xc as my backup esc and has nothing much to complaint. However, a quick search on SX-9 gave some good and bad reports..., yours to peruse. btw, GM's website recommends 8T motor limit for this esc.
