it looks homemade. Probably took a buggy rear end, and converted it to be used as the rear of a drag car.
thats what I'm assuming, judging as someone basically bypassed the shocks with use of solid links (probably to stop squatting)

looks like an old yokomo mr4tc shaft drive rear end modified with old foam tires and attached rear spoiler mount. definetley looks odd

MR4TC cars were bet driven. The later SD (shaft drive) series has different gearboxes and suspension arms than the one pictured above.
