I received my EXO 6 kit on Thursday thank you Mike. Been working on it for 2 days it is a very nice kit the bits and piece's are made with high quality materials. The chassis is much stiffer then the stock chassis. The build went well only change i would like to see is a longer drive shaft and a shorter coupler. Since it is a conversion not a complete from scratch design it is awesome car kit I will race it tonight and we will see what changes in set up difference between the EVO6 and a EXO6?

Speaking of the drive shaft ,I am using the EVO5 Shaft drive, they are perfect fit and length.

The stock EVO 6 shaft works grehttp://www.rctech.net/forum/r-c-items-sale-trade/891311-tekno-sct-410-a.htmlat I'm using a carbon fiber drive shaft but if the kit had a drive shaft that was designed for an EXO6 the drive shaft coupler wouldn't stick out 1" from the motor mount bearing. If Mike would make a short coupler I would get a carbon fiber drive shaft made
5/8" longer. Having the coupler stick out so far makes a slight wobble.

Ran Exo6 parts yesterday for the first time. So far the car is very promising on an already decent platform. Please note, you will need a 6x10 bearing instead of the 5x10 bearing shown in the manual.

I raced my EXO6 last night in USGT/GT3 the car had more straight line speed and acceleration then it had in the EVO6 configuration. The track prep was not as grippy as it usually it had fine dust on it that was making the cars loose on power when I would race if I just drove it the car was fine.
I was happy for the first time out the car is promising. Going to make some setup changes between now and next week going to soften the front and raise the roll centers.

yes the EX06 acceleration much faster than stock EVO6 config. less gears
maybe if you could use less groop in the front and one hole up or outer on the rear shock position

I agree with moving the rear shock I did move the shock up 2 holes I had it in hole 3 now it is in 5. I tried a little less gear but the lap times suffered by .5

.5 sec..ouch that's not good..
I did moved the batteries in two different position .farther back ,the car is more stable on throttler in the rear ,but push into the corner at slow speed..So I shifted all the way forward and it got better steering but you have to use brake a little ..
Maybe I should try thinning diff oil or take some oil out some ,so it wont be too thick
