Quick question.....Battery Bars.....

I've finished cycling my first 4 cell 3700 battery packs (also the first nimh batteries/ones with battery bars).

Now I know it's normal for nimhs to get warm when being charged and I "assume" to get a bit warmer when being topped up.

But I noticed that although the 4 cells were warm the battery bars were to hot to touch.

Normal/weird/why etc?

Usually battery bar get warmer then the battery itself due to the open section of the bar. But you still can touch it after peak charge. What battery bar u used for it? Silver battery bar is better in current transfer.

I was just curious (and nice to know why).

Yeah I could touch the bar but you wouldn't want to leave ya finger on it put it that way lol.

The bars were novak ones.

Thanks again.
