GP3300 Battery HELP PLEASE

Have question for you seasoned vets out there.
I have two GP3300 packs I charge them on a eagle racing CDC V.50.
They are only charging to 2800 - 2900 mah? (that is the reading on the screen) Are the batteries stuffed? Can they be salvaged? Would it have anything to do with the charge rate ie: how many amps I am charging them with?

How old are they? Are you discharging them/traying them after your runs? You could just have a ton of dead charge in them....

They are about 1 year old. I bought them second hand. I have been discharging them but only with the charger. I don't have a tray.
Is there anyway to get rid of the dead charge in them?
