Seems it was a SMART thing that I got a new set of belts "just in case"!!!!

Can't find any (where I've looked) front belts to replace used stock.

Any other brands fit?

Will one of the Xray belts fit?

The non-hard parts have a little more give and tend to break less.

My S2 VTA setup for sealed asphalt. Only upgrade(s) are Xray #305137 axle driveshaft adapter and Tamiya #op-601 ball cups.

Why? S2 is pretty discontinued now, you should take a look of Xpress XQ1S or 3Racing Sakura something

From what I remember, Spec-R S2 is based on Xray dimensions. You should be able to change the plastic parts with compatible ones, Xray, MTS, TeamC, or cheap chinese knock-off.
