Hello. I have broken the king ping of stock and the optional, but my shots were at a low speed. I would like to know if their shots were at low speed or at high speed. Thank you very much

I as well installed a set from Tuning Haus on my Lightning F that I'm building right now and I hope they hold up, I have never had any issues with tuning haus products and I hope this wont be the first issue.

Not a fan of the tuning haus rims either. I had to trim the spokes inside the rim to clear the lower King pin ball, as well after a couple hard hits the outer bearing pushed into the rim. So I am not by impressed with their rims as that was a brand new set of tires gone to waste. how ever i should have kept the rears instead of trying to use acetone vapours to save the tires, the rims absorbed the acetone vapours and turned into a ball of plastic goo.

also unless im doing it wrong the center c-clip position on both the vbc and tuning haus king pins is too low. if you use it and use gold or black springs it is not possible to acheive 4mm ride height.

Tuning haus got back to me, he said they are working on the problem with the King pins, offered to send me new ones. I don't want to put them on my car unless they won't break.
So back to the flash King pins.
He had never heard of the rims being too soft. We shall see...

Hi recently purchased lighteningf, i have already experienced the king pin issues, now set up king pin mod "thanks" however i have also found that rear ride height spacers didn't fit the ovals in the pod, has anyone else experienced this if so how did you solve the problem, didn't want to cut these down as too time consuming and could effect ride height or balance of drive shaft. are there replacements that you could recommend that fit without altering, too much.
thanks in advance

Use the flash 04 King pins and use the set screw in the steering knuckle to lock it too the kin pin. As well if usig stock center shock use 70-80w oil

That's what team driver korrey harbke told me to do. Either that or close up one of the piston holes.
