When I put the car on a set up board the front wheels weren't pointed straight, to get them straight I had to add sub trim and adjust the steering turnbuckles. Now one turnbuckle is .020 longr than the other.

Chassis tweaked? Loosen the top deck screws and push flat on setup board, tighten top deck screws?

I tried that and it didn't help.I also checked the A-Arms for binding and they were fine.

Sub trim and servo link are the first things to start with. You should adjust them so that the servo horn and the link form a straight angle when the bellcranks are centered.

Once this is done you adjust your two steering links to get the desired toe-out value (like 1 degree per wheel).

Only then do you adjust your EPA. With the Dual Rate at 100%, adjust your EPA on each side, just so that the servo doesn't growl at full throw. You left and right EPA values should be separated by less than 10 "clicks" if everything above has been done right.

Is that the Just Stock ESC? If so, here is what I use. FW mode only but keep reverse set at 100%. Max punch, max brake, drag brake 10-30 (depends on track), initial brake: drag brake, rest of the settings are default. When the Forward and Reverse mode is selected, the ESC tends to have a lag that the forward only mode (combined with full reverse) eliminates. Later software releases may have fixed that problem.

Less front camber.

Hmm, well, I do have a question - shock oil weight for a new build (and a new racer). I realize I could ask the pro's and such what they run in their...car... I didn't do that exactly, instead I lurked around to see what others where using in my car - why ask a question I'm sure has been asked a million billion times, and I know there are a billion answers for. What I've seen it seems the recommendations for spring rates are all over the place, and even more crazy when it comes to shock oil weights... So for the moment, I had decided to chose my shock oil weight based on comparing the natural spring frequency of the suspended wheel to the approximate CPS of the oil as a place to begin (using the piston with the most hole's). I figured by doing that, I could more quickly hone in on the oil weight or easily adjust shock pack from there. Currently my car feels pretty good to me - damping actually seems about dead on actually - although my racing experience is obviously lacking. Was this a wise place to begin, or is there another way to find a starting place for shock oil weight?

I would try -2 degrees front camber and -1.5 rear, softer front springs, and if you still need more try a rear swaybar.

There are a few things you can do: less rear toe, less ackermann/more steering angle on outer wheel, shorter wheelbase.
