Default Best Radio

What is your thoughts on the best radio out right now. Is it the M11, 3PK, JR? Thanks in advance. Are most top guys running the Spectrum or the Synthesized?

I have narrowed my new radio choice down to three.

Jr Z-1
KO Helios
M11

Anyone tried any of these compared the others? I have a lot of JR310 Syn. recievers so I would like to keep that with the JR. Will those recievers work with the M11 synthesized version? Thanks for the help.

If you want the best and most competitive Radio with awesome servo, get the FUTABA MS T2PH Radio.

I am not really interested in the servos. I already have some good ones. I am more interested in what radio will work with my receivers that I have and which has the most functions. What do all the PROs run? I have a JRXS3 right now but want to upgrade. What will these other do that this radio doesn't? Thanks for you help.

I'm very happy with spektrum on my m8. Haven't had any issues.

Also, the m8+Spektrum is cheaper then going synthesized.

David.. since you race at socal. check out someone's Helios. very comfortable to hold. adjustable (check out how your wrists are positioned when holding the radio). the receiver is SUPER tiny (smallest one out there i believe) and has all the features all the other radios out there have. it has a SUPER FAST response. and you get great support from Robert Morris (who also races at socal).

Try it out. You'll love the radio.

When is the JRpropo Z-1 coming out? I've got JR rx's, and I like the feel and quality of the KO radio case.

in the past, most people ran airtronics/sanwa simply because (literally) all the pros were sponsored by them, and no other radio had arguably as complete (read: feel, balance, features, style) of package as airtronics. the 3pk and helios really seem to be changing all of this. in the places i run, i see more people choosing the helios over the 3pk for the reasons above. airtronics sat on the pot so long, many people wanting to upgrade their 5+ year old radio were willing to try something else rather than forkout hundreds of dollars for essentially the same thing (with a backlight...oooh...ahhhh). it's a shame for air, had they moved forward instead of standing still, most of us probably wouldn't have bothered even trying something else.

ps heard you've been kicking booty lately, way to go.
