Asked this in TC4 but no luck, anyway Tower Hobbies website shows July is there a more accurate date as to when this will be available for purchase?

I was told by the UK importer last week that they expect to have them in the UK shops by the end of August.

So I guess you're looking at first week of Aug in the states.
