Sorry for the no reply. As of yesterday I believe I replied to all the emails I received, so if you haven't received a reply, just send the email again. Sometimes it could something that's purely beyond my control (email servers (on both my end and your end possible) can do weird things)
The reason why I locked the threads is simply because guys ask questions (like did I receive their email) and do not leave me enough information to look it up, and the thread become filled with a lot of questions back and forth like what is your name? what is your email address? what is your order number...etc. Not really product related
The reason why I stopped receiving PM is simply because it became too difficult again with the similar lack of information provided like mentioned above, and I find it difficult trying to manage about 500+PM
so I consolidate everything to email instead of going back and forth answering the same question twice between PM and email
If you have sent me 3 emails and still have not received a reply, there's probably something wrong going on with the email server, and since we are still receiving emails from others, that might be something you want to look into on your end
