My bad. Thanks for the clarification on that rule. I get the words "wheel" and "tire" mixed up often.

That being said it looks like the F104 wheels will work just fine since the wheel diameter is 44 mm.

F104 wheels won't work as the offset is wrong. Tamiya's wheels for the prototype cars they were selling ( nissan, castrol jag, sauber mercedes) would be almost perfect but they do not make them any more. So right now we are stuck with foam.

So if I have an old Tamiya F103RS chassis with a Toyota TS020 body and a set of Pit Shimizu 0544 fronts and 0542 rear tires mounted on F103 rims, would it meet USLMP Specs?

The only issue might be the tail of the body. From what I understand of the rules you cannot have a wedge style tail.

I don't see what you mean by "wedge style tail." Here's a pic of the Tamiya F103 with Toyota TS020.

Norman is right...I think what the rules mean is more of a continuous shape through the rear of the body. the TS020 you posted has an open shape

OK took the new car out today had fun, Question I ran the tires as they came and the car started hoping thru the sweeper. Do we cut these down? whats the fix? thx ahead of time
