Default speed passion stock club race esc question

well... i never thought i would be in here but heres to fun!!

i have just aquired a t4 to run in a super stock 10.5t class where i live. i bought this esc also as I'm not too serious just yet but my friend tells me they all run turbo on the esc. this esc is a non-pragrammable one. i fear i might be too far off the mark!!! how different can i expect it to be verses a turbo optioned esc?

cheers
jason

it will be very different but you can gear the non turbo to be kinda close. you wont have the rip in the straight lines but you will have the torque in the infield.

i run this esc in 17.5 blinky touring car and it is not a disadvantage at all as it has all the punch needed for that class.
if you need boost and dont wanna spend, the reventon R might be your next stop, or a hobbywing xtreme stock. but at $70ish you would be better off just picking up a reventon pro or hobbywing 3.1 then you have no limits at all.

the stock club race is rated to 8.5 turns so you should be dandy. just gear the snot out of it comparitive to what your competition is running lol. maybe somewhere in the 5s?
the only concern id have is amp load capacity. but i think the 10.5 is within the 40amp limit, at least in 2 cell.
