what you think this source feeding SKYRC 1200w 50a

the evil that I see is that if you connect tire heater
heating a can only be used for 15/16voltios
or would be better tire heater use source 6A notebook pc?
and 308 duo to 24v
is to charge lipos ip 6000 to 12A
