It really depends on what level of racing you are at. The WC is a pretty good car and I still run mine all the time. Finally ran my 6.2 last weekend for the first time with good results. I put a setup on it and it was pretty good right away. I would say that the TC6.2 is more refined and has a bigger tuning window. I justified the extra cost because the new configuration is more in line with the state of the art in TC cars and I wanted to be more competitive on the bigger stage. The TC6.1 is enough of an improvement over the original 6.1 to be a good choice for your next car. Besides, you have spare parts already.

Out of the box with no hop ups you can drive fast and with confidence. I just now started playing with other springs from Yokomo, ARC and RSD but that's it.....springs. The only thing I plan on adding to my car is the DCV drive shafts.

why drill shock cap
Thanks for the response. Would drilling the shock caps be helpful in low traction high speed track conditions?
Hi.
the RSD bladders are made from a much softer material.
They aid in reducing the effect that the shock shaft has on oil volume as it fills the shock body by EASILY moving upward.
the holes in the shock cap further allow the bladder to move by decreasing an increase in air pressure in the air space above the bladder.
well worth the money .

Does anyone have a copy of the setup Kevin Hebert used at Carpet Nats? If so, I would love to get a copy of your copy.

...now that everyone is on their way to Orlando for the pre worlds warm up, i'm curious how Keven and Juho (and Rick?) running the TC6.2 will keep up with the other "big guns" there, for example Reinhard and Völker.
What do you guys expect? Does anybody know about a website where the event will be covered?

can you tell me where I can get the TM servo savers from? I might give them a try.
p.s your carbon battery mounts came and they work very well, I love the fact that that are higher then stock and holds the pack in better.
the battery stopper I feel could of been 1 or 2mm further out as it looks like its is sitting right on the belt line.
