What's the best steering servo for the tc6.2 I would like to use a low profile to give a lil more room and less weight, but the choices are endless lol anyone using a low profile servo?

I won't say what's best however I'm using a Sanwa ERS-971 Metal Gear, Digital low profile servo. It's priced right and has good specs.

Just ordered the RSD aluminum chassis and light weight suspension from Reflex. Can't wait to see how it all is on the track.

Anyone have a good setup for Mod TC on a medium size parking lot track? Ive been struggling with corner speed all season long and usually place only 2nd or 3rd out of about 10.

also Any news/setup sheets on the TC6.2 at the IFMAR Worlds?

I see the RSD new top deck is now available. It is supposed to be more rigid and provide better steering and response.

Is this a good buy? or not really an worthwhile upgrade.

for me it was a great improvement the stock chassis has to much flex for any kinda precision driving, for carpet the bulkhead braces with the top deck make the car much more predictable

The top deck has been available for a while. I have run it on my car with all the different chassis that I have tried and liked my TC the most with it on vs the original version.

The top deck increases the rigidity around the rear and front bulkheads, which decrease the torsional flex of the very flexy TC6.2 around these areas and provides more stability and response at the same time. When used with our new bulkhead braces or any of our chassis, either the CF or very Popular Aluminum chassis, this effect is magnified and the car becomes even more precise.

As much as I liked my 6.1 wc! I must ask is the 6.2 worth it? I mean there are other cars race ready out of the box. It just seems the 6.2 needs more mods, more spares then most cars. Also AE doesn't seem like they are supporting the car much other then RSD. So will A.E be offering updates for the car?

the car is very good out of the box...taking nothing away from the TC6.1 WC...both of my 6.2's are better out the box than my 6.1 WC with upgrades...the dual joints from AE is the only real upgrade imo that's a must....the fan mount battery strap and belt tensioner are all great/neat upgrades...but not needed...

oh the AE servo saver is also a must...

needed

extra

http://teamassociated.com/parts/details/31639/
http://teamassociated.com/parts/details/31640/
http://teamassociated.com/parts/details/31645/

and others...all AE
