Hi.

the RSD bladders are made from a much softer material.
They aid in reducing the effect that the shock shaft has on oil volume as it fills the shock body by EASILY moving upward.

the holes in the shock cap further allow the bladder to move by decreasing an increase in air pressure in the air space above the bladder.

well worth the money .

Wink

The shock package from associated is good but can use further refinement. The bladders are a bit stiff and can resist fluid movement so RSD offers a softer bladder alternative. This aids in rebound adjustments on the softer side. The hole on the cap will allow even less or no rebound at all.

I agree about the refinement. And it prolly doesn't matter a lot to some folks but I can still see and feel striations on the insides of the shock bodies. With the shock oil, not so much but I still don't like it. So I've switched over to the TRF Special Editions.

How is everyone finding the LiPo mounts on the TC6.2? I have a project in mind and they look like the right combination of price, weight and keeping the tape off the bottom of the chassis.

I meant finding as in "perception of quality and usability" rather than "ability to source from a shop"

They are Solaris premounts. They are a common spec tire and could be found at your lhs

I made my own mounts from some 15mm Axial alumnium post and some scrap carbon fiber. I was abke to add spacers underneath to get the correct hight for the front and rear of the battery.
