Is there a 48 pitch spur available for the X1 (either genuine or other) to suit running with 21.5?

Kimbrough spurs work perfect in the X1. Same number of diff balls and stealth quite... Also more resistant to getting chunked by the wing flexing in a crash.

Im making the switch to 25.5 from 21.5, not because I want to. What have some of you done for gearing when you switched?

I'm not a huge fan of Kimbrough spur gears. I ran them for a while but have completely stopped using them. They feel great on the first diff build but over time, the pockets where the balls go in either wear or warp. Used to go nuts trying to find out why my diff rebuild wasn't as smooth. For molded spurs, the stock Xray one is pretty good. Also I use Xenon which makes good spurs with hexagon cuts for the ball.

I was able to test the method at my local club last night where we race on a painted surface "Boral Coat" with medium grip.
The car was an absolute weapon, I was able to get onto the throttle so much earlier out of the corners than I used to be able to, and rear end would hook up & accelerate hard instead of lifting the inside rear and lose all grip on the rear.

Along with a couple of subtle changes to the car I am so glad I spent the extra few $ on this car, it's the best & most consistent F1 car I have ever owned.

Thanks again for the advice.

Very cool!

And I just got beat by "that guy" yesterday at Tuning Haus race.

He let me steal TQ then he won 2 out of the 3 A mains but let me win 1.

Our 25.5 racing is going great, 15 racers and no complaints.

Still noticing left and right ride height differences on the 2016 car (half a millimeter). Anyone else have the same for their 2016? This was an issue on the 2015 car too with a lot of people at my track.
