Something is clearly wrong, if you can't find the reason for it being that bad there is another problem.

Strip it down completely and measure the parts to check they are the same sizes on both sides as you build it.

As I mentioned before photographs would help us find your problem.

However, if you want to sell your 'broken' car cheap, I'll buy it off you.

hello,

Have the car disassembled again . when I put it on blocks with the chassis then was a front-wheel higher than the other. I have remeasured all parts . its ok. then I have completely disassembled it and saw that the chassis is bent . it is the front where it is narrow twisted like a corkscrewer . this is the first time I 've seen something like this

Get in contact with Xray. I'm sure they will send ypu a replacement chassis as it will be under warranty.

As predicted, there are more than a handful of X1's on the carpet at 2015 Snowbird Nationals right now.

Default Less than impressed

So kit arrives today. Excited since my T4 was such a nice build. Open box and parts strewn all over because a bag not sealed before putting in box. Ok, stuff happens so I start the build. Only have 3 of the four .3mm shims that go under the upper arms. Luckily I have some shims so I get past this step. Now on to center pivot. Assembled there is about a mm of up and down slop. Check the manual and the correct aluminum pivot ball not provided. Unfortunately I don't have that part so dead in water. Interested to see how this cluster F develops when I resume build tomorrow. Not impressed at all.

Email xray and tell them about the missing parts and packaging and general fuckupery. Xray have little tags on each bags that tells you who did the packaging. Make sure you give them the certificate number as well so they know your kit is genuine.

I have a similar thing happen to my kit where parts are right out missing. I emailed Xray and they directed me to my local distributor and had my replacement part ready.

Thanks, will do. Sure the car will be great but definately a let down given the price and previous experience building one of their kits.

As a follow up I found I had mixed up a side shock pivot ball with the center pivot so my bad on that. Only thing on Xray's part is a missing shim and sloppy packing. Car is loaded up with electronics and dead straight. Can't wait to get this on the track.

Never had a problem in the last two years. They seem to be "bulletproof" for me and the other F1 guys I drive with...

Other than the rear tyre issue with Rides, I've never had, or seen such a problem.

Heinzi, you seem to be a magnet for strange and unheard of problems! Lol
